Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by us. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept credit card, PayPal, etc. Participants must provide accurate information at the time of booking, including contract details and any special requirements.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full refund more than 10 days before tour. 50% 10 – 2 days. Less than 2 days no refund. In the event of cancellation by us due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. We reserve the right to alter the tour itinerary with out prior notice due to safety concerns, operational issues, or other reasons.
Participant Responsibilities
Participants must arrive at the designated meeting point on time. We are not responsible for any personal for delays or missed tours due to late arrival. Participants must follow the instructions of the tour guide at all times and adhere to all local laws and regulations. We are not responsible for any personal items lost or stolen during the tour. Participants are encouraged to keep there belongings secure. Participants must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or physical limitations that may affect their participation in the tour.
Liabilty
We are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage incurred during the tour unless caused by our negligence. We recommend participants have personal travel insurance to cover potential risks.
Photography and Media
We may take photographs or videos during the tour for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant us permission to use such media without compensation. Participants may take photographs or videos during the tour for personal.
Privacy Policy
We collect personal information to manage bookings and improve our services. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in the courts of NY.
